(1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a rehabilitation center as necessary to provide physical or mental treatment or social rehabilitation to children who have suffered from crimes against children.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), any organization may establish a rehabilitation center after taking approval from the Government of Nepal as prescribed.
(3) The service facility to be provided in the rehabilitation center and the management, operation, monitoring and other arrangements of such center shall be as prescribed.
